Data is the new oil (haven’t I said so? :-)) but not every data is reliable. There are many different issues with quality and reliability of data produced by marketing tools. Do you trust your tools? And how could you confirm the data you are using for your decisions are trustworthy?
You will learn how several data (delivery rates, open rates, click rates, conversions) are produced, what does they really mean and how different approaches makes some marketing data difficult to measure precisely. We will discuss technical limitations, bots, adblockers and others that could sometimes negatively and sometimes positively influence your results.
