Emailexpert Member Pledge

We strive to be a reliable source of industry knowledge and promote a safe and secure environment for the exchange of information. In order to achieve our aims, all members are expected to support us in our efforts our members commit to the 5 tenets of the member pledge and to be in good standing with the org.

Members of the Emailexpert community, pledge to uphold the highest standards of professional conduct and ethical behaviour.

Members strive to provide industry best practices, current research, and sound advice to fellow colleagues.

Members must be respectful and courteous when dealing with their own clients and other members of the community.

Members work together to create a better email experience for all.

Members are also expected to know and abide by our codes of conduct.

Code of Conduct

The emailexpert online community is committed to providing a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, nationality, ethnicity, religion (or lack thereof), or technology choices.

We do not tolerate harassment of community members in any form. Sexual language and imagery is not appropriate for any online space associated with emailexpert. Community members violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the community without warning at the discretion of the moderators.

Harassment includes offensive verbal comments related to gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, technology choices, sexual images in public spaces, deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, harassing photography or recording, sustained disruption of conversations or other activities, inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome sexual attention.

Members asked to stop any harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately.

If a member engages in harassing behaviour, the moderators may take any action they deem appropriate, including warning the offender or expulsion from the community without warning.

Moderators will be happy to help members contact security or other legal authorities, provide support, or otherwise assist those experiencing harassment to feel safe.

We value your participation and membership in the emailexpert online community.

We expect members to follow our rules in all physical and online spaces associated with emailexpert, additionally members should be acquainted with our member pledge.


Membership Rules

  1. Membership in the organisation is open to all individuals and entities who meet the membership criteria and agree to abide by the terms of the organisation.
  2. Full members are required to pay an annual membership fee. This fee is non-refundable and must be paid in full before the start of the membership period.
  3. Members are expected to abide by the rules and regulations of the organisation as set on its site.
  4. Members are responsible for keeping their contact information up to date with the organisation.
  5. Members are granted access to exclusive benefits, services and resources provided by the organisation.
  6. Members are expected to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
  7. The organisation reserves the right to terminate a membership at any time, with or without cause.
  8. The organisation reserves the right to change the terms of the membership at any time. Changes will be communicated to members in advance.
  9. The organisation reserves the right to suspend or revoke a membership if a member violates any of the terms and conditions.
  10. Membership in the organisation is non-transferable.
  11. Members are expected to abide by the member pledge and member codes of conduct.
